Austin Mini Morris Mk 1 Mini Cooper S 1964

General description : We currently have just three Mk1 Mini Cooper S cars remaining from a total of 15 cars recently acquired and restored by JD Classics over the past 16 months.
All cars have been restored to factory original specification and all Numbers Match the vehicle's factory data sheets.
These are THE FINAL BATCH of fully restored Mk1 Mini Cooper S cars from a one off, never to be repeated project. Examples of our completed cars below have won prestigious concours awards during 2017.
Car #1 is a 1964 Morris Mk1 970 'S' RHD UK car in Almond Green with OEW roof, Porcelain Green and Dove Grey interior. 3.5” wheels and Fresh air heater. Supplied new by A&D Fraser Ltd, Ayrshire. 1 of 354 Morris 970's built in 1964 from a total of 705 home market UK cars. Available to view at our Maldon Showrooms.
Car #2 is a 1966 Austin Mk1 1275 ‘S’ RHD UK car in Tweed Grey with OEW roof, Dove grey and Dark Grey seats and Cumulus Grey carpets. 4.5” wheels, Twin fuel tanks, Oil cooler, Fresh air heater and Reclining seats. Supplied new by Henleys, Bristol. Currently under restoration. UNDER OFFER.
Car #3 is a 1965 Morris Mk 1 970 ‘S’ RHD UK car in Tartan Red with Black roof, Tartan Red/Gold Brocade and red carpets. 4.5” wheels, Extra fuel tank (right hand tank) and Fresh air heater. Supplied new by Morris Garages, Aylesbury. 1 of 354 Morris 970's built in 1964 from a total of 705 home market UK cars. Currently under restoration. Expected completion Spring 2018. SOLD
Car #4 is a 1966 Morris Mk1 1275 'S' RHD UK car in Old English White with Black roof, Tartan Red/Gold Brocade and red carpets. Fresh air heater. Supplied new by Cranmore Brothers Ltd of Edgbaston, Birmingham to a Mr J.K. Taylor of Bolton. Original purchase correspondence, MOT test notifications, Road Tax discs and Drivers Handbook on file. Expected completion Spring 2018.
Car #5 is a 1967 Austin Mk 1 1275 'S' RHD car in Island Blue with OEW roof, 4.5” wheels, twin tanks, Oil cooler and Fresh air heater. Currently under restoration. Expected completion Spring 2018. SOLD
Car #6 is a 1965 Morris Mk1 1275 'S' RHD UK car in Fiesta Yellow with OEW roof. Powder Blue/Gold Brocade trim with Blue carpets. 3.5” wheels and Fresh air heater. Supplied new by Colmore Depot Limited, Birmingham. Original buff logbook. This car is pictured above. Available to view at our Mayfair Showroom. SOLD.
Car #7 is a 1964 Austin Mk 1 1071 'S' RHD UK car in Almond Green with OEW roof. 4.5" wheels, 3.44 final drive. Original UK 3 letter, 3 number registration. This car is also pictured above. SOLD.
Cars 8, 9, 10 and 11 have been restored by our in house, well-known Mini Cooper expert, Scott Turner. Scott has restored these four cars exclusively for JD Classics and we are pleased to announce that one of these customer supplied cars has just been awarded First in Class 1 at the Mini Cooper Register National Mini Day at Beaulieu on Sunday 11th June 2017.
Car #8 is a 1966 Austin Mk1 1275 ‘S’. Originally a LHD, North American Export car. Currently being restored as a RHD car. To be supplied with all necessary parts to change back to original LHD if required? Tartan Red with Black roof. Tartan Red/Gold Brocade and red carpets. 4.5” wheels. SOLD
Car #9 is a 1964 Morris Mk 1 1275 ‘S’ delivered from new (Stewart and Arden, Acton) to Harold Radford and converted to a Radford Mini De Ville. Harold Radford’s personal car presented in Admiralty Blue with light blue leather trim and ‘Grande Luxe’ full high specification. Original features include Cosmic alloy wheels, electric windows, heated rear window, Benelite grille, Webasto sunroof etc. SOLD

Car # 11 is a 1963 Morris Mk1 1071 ‘S’ RHD UK car in Fiesta Yellow with OEW roof. Powder Blue/Gold Brocade trim and powder blue carpets. 3.5” wheels and twin tanks. Dry suspension car. SOLD
Car #12 is a 1964 Mk 1 1275 'S' LHD North American Export car in Tartan Red with Black roof. Rare dry suspension. Red/grey and gold brocade trim. Single tank and 3.5" wheels. SOLD
Car #13 is a 1964 Mk 1 1071 'S' UK RHD car, two owners from new. Tartan Red with Black roof, Red/grey and gold brocade trim. History file containing early records of mileage and expenditure log by the first owner. SOLD
Car #14 is a 1965 Mk 1 Mini Cooper Radford RHD UK car in Tweed Grey with OEW roof. Non hatchback, GT dash, Electric windows, Benelite grille and parking lamps. SOLD
Car # 15 FIA Appendix ‘K’ Competition 1961 Mk1 Mini Saloon. FIA HTP papers. Surf blue with white roof. This superb Mini has zero miles since the complete rebuild to Appendix ‘K’. SOLD
