Description : 1969 Corvette Stingray Convertible in original Cortez Silver. This drop top beauty is powered by the numbers matching L46 350 CID V8 engine rated at 350 HP and 380 ft. lbs. of torque, 11:1 compression, and 4 speed manual transmission. This Corvette has been restored to its original condition and is well documented including the original Protect-O-Plate, Instruction and Service Manuals, and the original sales documentation. This Corvette has a newer repaint in its original Cortez Silver and the Black Convertible Top and chrome are new. Under the hood are many new parts including radiator hoses and support brackets, fan clutch, 165 degree thermostat, harmonic balancer, distributor, ignition, correct spark plug wires, and new brake and fuel lines. The alternator has also been rebuilt. The front end and suspension have been restored with new shocks, and rear springs, The brake rotors, pads, and calipers have been replaced. The wheel bearings and the wheel alignment has been performed. On the exterior you will find new and correct door handles, Corvette and Stingray emblems, and weather stripping. There is also a new factory style exhaust. The interior boasts new door panels and sills, rear view mirror, and fiber optics. Other features on this Corvette include original factory rally wheels with new Eagle GT II raised white letter radial tires, manual convertible top, vinyl interior, seat belts, AM/FM radio (non functional), power steering and power brakes. 1969 Corvettes are one of the most desirable years as they are the second year for this body style, and the problems from 1968 had been worked out for the �69 production year. 350 horsepower and 380 ft. lbs. of torque in a car that weighs just a shade over 3,000 pounds makes for a really fun car!
