Chevrolet El Camino 350 V8 1969

General description : An Awesome Elco

Just Toys Classic Cars is proud to present this beautiful 1969 Chevrolet El Camino. This beauty was repainted about 5 years ago and it still stands tall today. As you can see in the pics, this baby gleams from 20 feet or 2 feet. El Camino's were iconic cars back in the day and they still are beloved today. Thank you for taking a look at this fine example and let's make it yours.
As you look at the interior you are going to see that there are some very comfortable bucket seats. What you would won't see until you open the center console door is that these comfortable seats are 6 way power on both seats. Now, there is an option that these didn't come with back in 1969. There are new gauges installed and the speedometer is a GPS unit so if you can have whatever rear end you want in this baby and your speedo is always going to be accurate. You can also drive around in plenty of comfort as this sweet ride has A/C as well.
So, now that you have looked all around this nice interior just reach forward and hit that key and listen to this baby come to life. No need to pump the gas on this one because this baby has a fuel injected 350 out of a 1990 Corvette under the hood and boy does she look pretty with all that chrome. This 350 is mated to a 700R4 overdrive transmission so you can smoke the tires off the line and then just cruise down the highway if you wish as well. The rear end is packed with 3.73 gears for a little extra kick in the rear. This sweet ride also has power steering and 4 wheel power disc brakes. This elco truly has it all.

About Chevrolet
Chevrolet aka Chevy, founded in 1911 by Louis Chevrolet and William C. Durant is the best selling and biggest brand by General Motors -mainly due to low pricing.

No wonder Chevy the "working man's car" has become such an iconic part of Americana in films and pop-culture.

When talking about Chevy one must not ignore Chevrolet small-block V8 the world's most produced engine that has been in production since 1955 and still going strong.

Surprisingly, "America's only sports car" Corvette was introduced under Chevrolet brand rather than its own. To us the most memorable Corvette has to be The second generation (C2) Corvette, Sting Ray.

To compete with VW Beatle Chevrolet introduced Corvair a compact automobile built in 1960–1969 It was the only American designed, mass-produced passenger car to feature a rear-mounted air-cooled engine. Corvair handling was deemed notoriously bad mainly due to Ralph Nader's Unsafe at Any Speed. Although, any handling issues were soon solved the reputation did stick.

With Pony / Muscle car mania taking over the Americans, following the introduction of Ford Mustang, Chevrolet came up with one of its most famous models Camaro. During the first year alone they managed to sell 220,906 Camaros.
