The Deluxe was the brand new top-of-the line model for Chevrolet. The car had a lower, sleeker profile, with the lines of the front fenders smoothly blending into the doors while the rear fenders bulge out away from the sides of the car. A two-piece curved windshield improved visibility and added to the overall sleek new design. Improvements in the chassis and suspension design made the 1949 Chevrolet one of the best handling to date. This 1949 Chevrolet is powered by its original 216 CID Inline 6 cylinder engine and is backed by a 3-speed manual transmission with only 22,928 actual miles being stated by the owner. Options on this 1949 Chevrolet Deluxe Coupe for sale include: AM Radio, Hub Caps, Cloth Interior, and White Wall Bias Ply Tires.
