Ford 3-Window Coupe 302 V8 1933

General description : SWEET FACTORY FIVE COUPE, 302 V8, 5 SP, COLD R134 AC, P 4 WHL DISC, PS, RECEIPTS

We don't have to tell you this 1933 Ford is a complete custom build, because it already screams it from every angle. You see it in the shimmering presentation, modern A/C interior, performance suspension, and the Mustang 302 V8. So your first impression is that this is the ultimate no compromises build, and as you dig deeper, it only gets better.
First off, you're looking at a body from the masters at Factory Five Racing. And you know they are precision gurus for style and speed. Black and gold is a timeless two-tone arrangement, but this has a very modern twist. You're looking at full wrap. It was applied less than a year ago, so it retains an amazing amount of shine as it literally hugs every curve of this cool coupe. In fact, the body is full of surprises. Because while this looks awesome as an aerodynamic coupe, the top unbolts, and the sale comes with a roadster windshield. So yes, this gives you the option of commanding attention as a coupe or roadster all in one! And no matter how you decide to motor, no one will ever mistake it for tame. The low-dipping grille, hood scoop, sport mirrors, and streamlined body with no handles are pure performance car attitude. Plus, the alloy wheels not only add a terrific shine, but also the staggered 17/18-inch size gives this an aggressive stance.
The doors open with the touch of a key fob for added distinction. Black is a great coordinating color against the exterior, so this one looks especially terrific with the roof off. The first thing you notice when opening the door are the seats. These have that cool retro low-back appearance, but you can also see modern bolstering for true comfort. In fact, you've got all the right modern amenities with an AM/FM/CD stereo, power windows, cup holder, and cold R134a air conditioning. But no one will mistake this for a pure coddler. This has the right performance equipment with the four-point harnesses, grippy Factory Five steering wheel, and the full set of AutoMeter gauges set in the machine-turned aluminum dash panel. And have you counted the gears on the stick shift yet?
We love how the metal mesh sides give everyone a peek at the motor. But for those who want to come in for a closer look, they'll will be rewarded with a bright and beastly V8. It has a fantastic presentation with polished components like the air topper, alternator, compressor, Ford Racing valve covers, and so much more (we dare you to find another component that could be polished.) Plus, the mirrored firewall doubles the brightness! But look beyond the shine, and you'll see some serious power. That's a 302 cubic-inch roller motor with enhancements that include new Trick Flow aluminum heads, an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and shorty headers that feed a growling dual exhaust. You have complete control over this big power and thunderous soundtrack thanks to the five-speed manual transmission. And big power is far from the whole story. Factory Five also builds an outstanding chassis that features unequal length A-arm control arms with in-board coilovers up front, and there's a reinforced adjustable coilover rear. And because there's only about 7,800 miles on the whole build, everything looks clean and fresh. Add in four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, and the grip of modern performance tires, and this mean machine is as good at eating up the highway miles as it is eating up the asphalt.
Complete with build receipts and owner's manual, you know no expense was spared creating this retro performance with all the right modern equipment. So don't miss out, call today!

About Ford
Ford, founded in 1902, has arguably changed the history of automotive world more than any other car manufacturer by introducing the first people's car Model T in 1908. They had produced more than 15 million cars by the end of the production in 1927, by which T had become obsolete.

Ford launched the first low priced V8 engine powered car in 1932. 1932 V8 was an instant hit with superior handling and performance to many far more expansive cars of the day. No wonder 32 V8 Ford has become such a favourite among hot rodders around the world with 32 Deuce coupe as their icon.

During the war Ford completely shut down civilian vehicle production to dedicate all its resources to the Allied war efforts (1942-45) They used to build B-24 bombers, aircraft engines, jeeps, M-4 tanks, military trucks and Bren-gun carriers and more than 30,000 super-charged Rolls Royce Merlin V-12 engines for Mosquito and Lancaster bombers as well as P-51 Mustang fighters. After the war Ford cars in the USA got bigger and flashier along with their competitors. In the 60's Ford was back in the forefront again when introducing their commercial hit Mustang in 1964. Mustang was so popular the competition had to follow Ford's example and the ponycar phenomenon took over the US. Over the years the ponies grew some muscles until the oil crisis kill finally killed them off.

In the sixties Ford rushed into international motor sports scene with a fury. After unsuccessful Ferrari takeover, when Enzo Ferrari had cut the deal off with Henry Ford II making the latter absolutely boil with fury, Ford turned to Lola in UK to produce a Ferrari beating long distance racer after. The collaboration between Ford and Lola created the mighty Ford GT40 that absolutely beat Ferrari in Le Mans 24 numerous times.

In Europe, Ford introduced some of the most epic race and rally cars of the 60's based on humble family sedans; Cortina GT, Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin Cam, and Escort 1600RS with the iconic Cosworth BDA engines.

Today classic Fords are extremely popular with enthusiasts and a great selection of classic Fords can be found for sale at www.ClassicDigest.com
