Ford Other 350 V8 1934

General description : EXCELLENT BUILD, 3 DUECES 350 V8, AUTO, FRNT DISCS, 4 LINK W/ COILOVERS, EXC INT

You want a 1934 Ford Roadster hot rod because they're great cars to show off. The only problem is, you're going to spend way to much time and a pile of cash building one on your own. So, when you can find a great one like this, with less than 3,000 miles since completion, for far less than the price to built it, well, then you know the smart money is on the choice you can take home today.
The fiberglass body comes from the people at Rat's, and despite the name, you can easily tell they know how to build a quality animal. Everything fits and flows together perfectly. This includes the highly detailed areas like where the steel hood meets the body, the fenders connect under the grille, and the flush rear roll pan. It also gets the custom details right with the shaved door handles, chopped windshield, suicide doors, and even the pinup girl on the trunk to give this classic hot rod appeal. Despite this smooth and slick appearance that comes from the bold yellow, there is some room for chrome accents on places like the headlight housing, tailpipes, and of course, the Cragar wheels with Ford spinners.
The interior is surprisingly roomy for you and your gal (or guy), with cushy leatherette, and enough space to spread out your legs. The weave pattern on the seats is repeated on the door panels. In fact, the matching tan material, flush mount on the doors, and the small size of the interior handles all give this a custom wraparound effect, almost like there are no doors at all. This ultra cool setup also has safety measures, where the alarm system will also tell you if these doors aren't latched. When you slip into the driver's seat, you're greeted by a sports steering wheel with the Ford V8 logo boldly etched in the center. Beyond that is a full set of classic style AutoMeter gauges to keep you aware of everything going on in the engine bay.
Take a look under the hood, and you'll be pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the 350 cubic-inch small-block. This hot rod has the iconic three-duce carburetor setup. These classic carbs look particularly unique against the more modern features such as the purple plug wires, and Chevrolet Performance valve covers. But beyond just having show-stopping looks, this one has some serious power to bring to the streets. The motor was built around 2,800 miles ago with a hydraulic cam, roller rockers, and headers. You can hear the wicked growl this V8 makes, but we invite you to take a closer look. The undercarriage photos not only show you the clean appearance of the yellow frame and underbody, but you see some seriously desirable components. This includes the A-arm front independent suspension, aluminum driveshaft, and the four-link coilover rear. Combine this with the large front disc brakes, and TH350 three-speed automatic, and this hot rod is an easy choice to take out anytime.
Your wild side will love this roadster's bold look and big power. Your practical side will love the build receipts and the price. So it's the perfect hot rod to satisfy all your needs. Call today!!

About Ford
Ford, founded in 1902, has arguably changed the history of automotive world more than any other car manufacturer by introducing the first people's car Model T in 1908. They had produced more than 15 million cars by the end of the production in 1927, by which T had become obsolete.

Ford launched the first low priced V8 engine powered car in 1932. 1932 V8 was an instant hit with superior handling and performance to many far more expansive cars of the day. No wonder 32 V8 Ford has become such a favourite among hot rodders around the world with 32 Deuce coupe as their icon.

During the war Ford completely shut down civilian vehicle production to dedicate all its resources to the Allied war efforts (1942-45) They used to build B-24 bombers, aircraft engines, jeeps, M-4 tanks, military trucks and Bren-gun carriers and more than 30,000 super-charged Rolls Royce Merlin V-12 engines for Mosquito and Lancaster bombers as well as P-51 Mustang fighters. After the war Ford cars in the USA got bigger and flashier along with their competitors. In the 60's Ford was back in the forefront again when introducing their commercial hit Mustang in 1964. Mustang was so popular the competition had to follow Ford's example and the ponycar phenomenon took over the US. Over the years the ponies grew some muscles until the oil crisis kill finally killed them off.

In the sixties Ford rushed into international motor sports scene with a fury. After unsuccessful Ferrari takeover, when Enzo Ferrari had cut the deal off with Henry Ford II making the latter absolutely boil with fury, Ford turned to Lola in UK to produce a Ferrari beating long distance racer after. The collaboration between Ford and Lola created the mighty Ford GT40 that absolutely beat Ferrari in Le Mans 24 numerous times.

In Europe, Ford introduced some of the most epic race and rally cars of the 60's based on humble family sedans; Cortina GT, Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin Cam, and Escort 1600RS with the iconic Cosworth BDA engines.
