Ford Roadster 350 Ram Jet V8 1933

General description : Description
This 1933 Ford Speedster is a sleek and speedy fuel-injected roadster. And while you're marveling at a build with less than 200 miles on it, don't forget to check out all the extras, like the four-wheel disc brakes, fully independent suspension, and the custom leather interior.
There is a true sleekness to this car. It's a Rat's Speedstar design that was done by a professional builder. The results look like it was formed by the wind with the curvy waterfall grille and the raked windshield. The whole body looks like it was dipped in Tangelo Orange. This metallic finish with a glossy clearcoat loves to highlight the long curves of this Ford design. There's no need for bumpers, fenders, or extra trim to get in the way of one of the most attractive styles around. It is a proper classic street machine, and so there's classic American brightwork on places like the headlight surrounds, polished front suspension, and Boyd Coddington alloys with a nice 17/20 inch front/rear stance.) It all feels like tasteful additions that add flair without taking away from the clean design.
Suicide doors always look awesome on these sleek custom builds, and they are you gateway to an impressive interior. The tan looks distinct against the exterior orange, and you'll especially love it for the dual bucket seats finished in a supple leather. This roadster is quite accommodating with nice features like a cup holder center console and an AM/FM stereo with CD changer in the well-finished trunk. The sports steering wheel is on a tilt column; there's a floor shifter for the three-speed automatic; and the Classic Instruments gauge package has a premium look that's perfect for dominating the dash.
Grab your sunglasses before looking under the hood. The smooth walls of the engine bay draw your attention to the color-matched block and a ton invested in polished components. More than just an outstanding shine, you're looking at the substance of a 350 cubic-inch crate V8 with RamJet fuel injection. It's a modern and powerful motor that loves to fire up easy and make a sweet hot rod sound out of the dual exhaust. But don't just listen to the rumble; follow its path in the undercarriage photos. There you'll really see what we mean about how the whole car looks like it was dipped in the bold orange. So you know you're going to be putting a mirror under this fresh build at the car shows. This is also where you spot desirable driving pieces like the strong custom chassis, Heidts polished independent front suspension, Heidts Jaguar-style independent rear suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, and rack & pinion steering.
This is the fresh and awesome build for those who want to be award-worthy the moment they leave this showroom. So if you're ready for all eyes to be on you, don't miss this roadster. Call now!

About Ford
Ford, founded in 1902, has arguably changed the history of automotive world more than any other car manufacturer by introducing the first people's car Model T in 1908. They had produced more than 15 million cars by the end of the production in 1927, by which T had become obsolete.

Ford launched the first low priced V8 engine powered car in 1932. 1932 V8 was an instant hit with superior handling and performance to many far more expansive cars of the day. No wonder 32 V8 Ford has become such a favourite among hot rodders around the world with 32 Deuce coupe as their icon.

During the war Ford completely shut down civilian vehicle production to dedicate all its resources to the Allied war efforts (1942-45) They used to build B-24 bombers, aircraft engines, jeeps, M-4 tanks, military trucks and Bren-gun carriers and more than 30,000 super-charged Rolls Royce Merlin V-12 engines for Mosquito and Lancaster bombers as well as P-51 Mustang fighters. After the war Ford cars in the USA got bigger and flashier along with their competitors. In the 60's Ford was back in the forefront again when introducing their commercial hit Mustang in 1964. Mustang was so popular the competition had to follow Ford's example and the ponycar phenomenon took over the US. Over the years the ponies grew some muscles until the oil crisis kill finally killed them off.

In the sixties Ford rushed into international motor sports scene with a fury. After unsuccessful Ferrari takeover, when Enzo Ferrari had cut the deal off with Henry Ford II making the latter absolutely boil with fury, Ford turned to Lola in UK to produce a Ferrari beating long distance racer after. The collaboration between Ford and Lola created the mighty Ford GT40 that absolutely beat Ferrari in Le Mans 24 numerous times.

In Europe, Ford introduced some of the most epic race and rally cars of the 60's based on humble family sedans; Cortina GT, Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin Cam, and Escort 1600RS with the iconic Cosworth BDA engines.

Today classic Fords are extremely popular with enthusiasts and a great selection of classic Fords can be found for sale at www.ClassicDigest.com
