Description : Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is excited to present this 2000 Porsche 911 Carrera. This Silver beauty is sure to get you noticed and provides a gorgeous blend of class and sophistication. With its classic Porsche styling and smooth body lines this German machine is ready to cruise on the open road.
When Ferdinand Porsche set up his first shop in 1948 producing 40-horsepower rear-engine sports cars I'm sure he never dreamed of what was possible in automobile engineering. From the introduction of the 356 Porsche had kept a low stance, smooth-lined comfortable sports car as the staple of its brand. The styling has become so iconic that now a Porsche can be distinguished over any other car by even a novice.
This 911 sports car certainly delivers all the luxury items you would expect on a car of this caliber. The interior is handsomely finished in OEM silver trim which really pops with the Silver backdrop of premium leather.
The leather interior has been remarkably well preserved and looks more like a car half its age.
This car is a blast to drive and with the 175 MPH speedometer and 7,000 RPM redline tachometer, you have a feeling of speed and performance before you even turn the key. This car rides very solidly and takes corners, unlike any other sports car. With its narrow hood and flared front and rear fenders this car is a pleasure to look at but the fun doesn't stop there. The 3.4 Liter naturally-aspirated H-6 cylinder produced 300 bhp in 2000 getting this little gem moving from 0-60 in under 5 seconds. Options on this 911 include a JVC double-din CD player, Front bucket seats, 6-speed manual transmission, Air conditioning, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Cruise control, and seatbelts.
