New in the collection of Lex Classics, this amazing and rare Lancia Aurelia B20S 2500 GT series 4. The Aurelia is built on October 20, 1955 and was new delivered in the Netherlands on February 6, 1956 in the color green. Of this, a letter is present from Lancia Italy.

Aurelia derived its name from the eponymous Roman road in Italy. The harmonious sound would reflect the character of the car according the manufacturer. The ”S” in the type designation stands for (Italian) sinistra = left. Only since the 4th series Lacia built the B20 Left Handed Coupe. Unlike most cars from the 50s and 60s, the handling and steering of the Aurelia is exquisite. The Aurelia was delivered as a sedan, coupe and convertible. The Aurelia was equipped with the first mass-produced V6 engine and standard radial tires.

The Lancia is currently in the possession of the third owner, the second owner bought the Lancia Aurelia B20S end of 1973 in the Netherlands from the first owner and is still entirely in original condition and has never been fully restored. In 1973 the body was once repainted in the original color. In 2002, major maintenance was performed on the car and the Lancia was checked at various points, hereof is documentation available. The original Toolrol is present and also an informationmap.

The Lancia Aurelia B20S 2500 GT is a wonderful car to see and coveted because of its fantastic ride quality and value. According to many the finest post-war Lancia, who is also Mille Miglia alligible is.
