General description : Dieses wunderschöne 220SE Ponton Coupé wurde 1960 an seinen ersten Besitzer in die USA geliefert. Neben der Lackierung in Schwarz, wurde eine rote Lederausstattung in Verbindung mit Holzdekor in Palisander geordert. Das Fahrzeug wurde dann einige Jahre später nach Frankreich exportiert und stand dort in einer Sammlung. Im Jahr 2009 wurde das Coupe dann vom Autosalon Singen an einen italienischen Sammler verkauft. Das Auto befindet sich in absolutem originalen Zustand. Lack, Chrom und Interieur sind aber in extrem guten Zustand und der Gesamteindruck des Fahrzeugs steht einem Restaurierten Modell nicht nach. Die Technik funktioniert vorbildlich und die Laufleistung von nur 85.000 Kilometern sind laut Besitzer original. In Anbetracht der nur sehr geringen Stückzahl des 220SE Ponton Coupe (es wurden nur 830 Fahrzeuge gebaut) ist dieses Fahrzeug in seinem originalen und perfekten Zustands einzigartig.
Zum Fahrzeug gibt es zahlreiche Dokumente, die originale Datenkarte, eine originale Bedienungsanleitung sowie einen originalen Ersatzteilkatalog.

This beautiful 220SE Ponton Coupe was delivered in 1960 to its first owner in the USA. In addition to the paint in black, a red leather trim was ordered in conjunction with wood decor in rosewood. The vehicle was then exported to France several years later and stood there in a collection. In 2009, the coupe was then sold by the Autosalon Singen to an Italian collector. The car is in absolute original condition. The paint, chrome and interior are in extremely good condition and the overall impression of the vehicle is not inferior to a restored model. The technology works exemplary and the mileage of only 85,000 kilometers are original, according to the owner. Considering the very small quantity of the 220SE Ponton Coupe (only 830 vehicles were built), this vehicle is unique in its original and perfect condition.
The vehicle has numerous documents, the original data card, an original user manual and an original spare parts catalog.
