Plymouth Duster 434 with Stage 5 Hemi Conversion 1970

General description : 1970 Plymouth Duster HEMI Wilwood 4 Wheel Disc Brakes AC Rack 4 Speed Dana 60
Up for sale we have a 1970 Plymouth Duster HEMI. Often the forgotten A Body Plymouth, this Duster is guaranteed to leave a lasting impression that's impossible to forget. It sports a killer look that is paired with an even more impressive driveline. This is not your average grocery getter as it features a pro built HEMI engine, and yes it is street legal. This was the first year for the Duster and true to the late 60 early 70 styling it has the semi-fastback roof. Looking at the body you will notice it's all appears rock solid from top to bottom! The doors, hood, and trunks gaps are all excellent. All the panel alignment and body fit is also great. The body is covered in the Vitamin C Orange paint that's accented by the Black Side Stripe, Rear Valance Stripe, and the Black Six Pack hood with the Hotchkiss Hood Pins. As you look over the paint job you will see that it has been buffed and polished a gorgeous finish that shows off the laser straight body. The bumpers appear to have been replaced at the time of the restoration along with the door handles. The rest of the trim and stainless is all very nice with minor imperfections. To finish off the look it's sitting on a set of custom 17” American Racing VN501's with new Tires!
On the inside, it's done in the Black color scheme that provides the perfect complement to the exterior. It comes with bucket seats in the front and still has the back seat. The seat covers have been replaced along with the headliner, carpet, and door panels. This Duster does have a four speed and comes with the Trans Lock. When restored they did a great job on the 6-point roll cage install. The dash pad has also been replaced and it has had the gauges updated.
This is what we all love!! It sports a 400 Big Block that has been stroked to a 434 Cubic Inch with a stage 5 HEMI conversion. This HEMI is set up with a Aluminum 2 Four Intake and Twin 660 Center Square Holleys. This Duster has also been set up with Vintage Air Condition. Also, it comes with a 7-quart oil pan with racing external pick up oil pump. The HEMI is mated to the 833 Four Speed Trans and a Dana 60 that's a Sure Grip. That desirable muscle car sound resonates through Headers with 3” stainless dual pipes and single chamber Flowmasters. Under the front it has Rack and Pinon Steering with an aftermarket K Member, tubular upper and lower control arms, and coil over shocks. For brakes it has Four Wheel Wilwood Disc brakes. When you look under it you will see it has had a 1 piece floor pan installed along with frame connectors and torque boxes. Everything appears solid as a rock. The Dana is set up with leaf springs with Caltracks.
