This was a Street Rodder Top 100, Good-Guys 2011 PPG Dream Car. Rare car only 50 built in 1962. A top shelf car!
Painted PPG Vibrant Candy Apple Red that is beautiful, slick and straight. Bumper has been re-chromed, grill re-chromed, all trim polished, door handles re-chromed, all new tinted glass, all new rubber and felt, new dual outside mirrors, new wiper studs polished with polished caps, headlight trim has been re-chromed, turn signal light re-chromed. Hood trim and emblems re-chromed, new headlights, taillight trim re-chromed, rear deck window crank re-chromed, back up light trim re-chromed, 17" Coy rims on front and 18" Coy rims on rear that are chrome 5-spoke with BF Goodrich tires. 1973 Duster 8 1/4 rear end with 3.55 gears and sure grip. RMS Chassis was Alter-K-Tion K-Frames fitted, 11" Wildwood Disc brakes and QAl Coilovers. A real Show Stopper.
The interior is a 1973 Duster Dash with Dakota Digital gauges, Flaming River waterfall steering, Lokar shifter, '62 Valiant Signet seats covered in brown leather, tilt column painted to match interior, leather dash pad, custom stainless A/C vents, Custom Billet trim pieces have been custom made for glove box to match Dakota trim, Billet turn signal and tilt knobs, Custom made console with stainless cup holders, custom power window switches, Gennie short shifter in console wrapped in leather. Custom carpet, Custom door panels with arm rest and flush mount speakers. Custom door handles inside, Re-chromed vent window handles, custom headliner with matcher Sunvisor’s in leather. Custom suede in headliner with center leather strip and stainless flush mount light and stainless flush mount strips. Rear side panels wrapped in leather and lights and strips to match headliner, rear carpet with custom design leather and stainless strips, custom made floor mats to match carpet. Custom made sill plates covered on leather. Rearview mirror painted to match interior. 1 of a Kind interior that is Beautiful!
Powered by a Dodge 5.7L Hemi with fuel ignition, 5-speed Automatic transmission, finned valve cover covers are custom with polished grooves. Serpentine system, polished Radiator and Cap, electric fan with shroud, polished custom hose ends, polished overflow tank, custom work all smooth firewall and fender walls Wilwood polished master cylinder with braided lines. Dual exhaust, polished custom gas tank. Runs great! A real beauty on the underside as well.
