Sunbeam Alpine Series 2 Convertible 1963

General description : The last owner found this lovely 1963 Sunbeam Alpine Series 2 in 1988 after having been not used for over20 years. This is an original ‘black plate’ `63 Californian Sunbeam. Between 1998 and 2002 this last owner had the car completely restored and mechanically overhauled. A detailed record of expenses has been kept. The bodywork is straight and great and has a British Racing Green finish. The black interior trim is also new, as is the matching black hood. The sound underbody is totally rust-free. This Sunbeam sports the original engine with twin Zenith carburettors. The popular series 2 the so-called lying window without side vent windows and the optional chrome wire wheels.
