Buick GS 1970

Allgemeine Beschreibung : We offer for sale this award-winning Buick GSX clone with Stage 1 power.
The 1970 Buick GS is a muscle car produced by Buick, a division of General Motors. It was part of the Buick Skylark model line and was designed to compete with other muscle cars of the era, such as the Chevrolet Chevelle SS, Pontiac GTO, and Oldsmobile 442.
The 70 GS featured a variety of engine options, including powerful V8 engines that were designed to deliver impressive performance. This road cruiser has the top-tier version from the Buick engine line up for 1970, known as the Stage 1, which is particularly renowned for its high horsepower and torque output.
Not only is there a big block under the hood, but behind all that power is a T56 Magnum six speed manual transmission that allows the driver smooth shifts at any speed. Pushing that power to the ground is a 10 bolt posi rear end with 3:90 gears.
Grand Sport models also featured performance-oriented upgrades including improved suspension components, upgraded brakes, and distinctive styling elements such as hood scoops, badging, and other exterior enhancements. Stopping power comes by way of disc brakes on all four corners to help bring this high-power machine to a halt.
Inside you will find Rallye bucket seats that have been done over with Legendary interior kit. A floor mounted shifter with a center console. Keeping an eye on the engine are Auto Meter oil & water temp gauges. You can cruise with the windows down or put them up and enjoy the cool air conditioning.
The 1970 Buick GS is highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts today due to its combination of performance, style, and rarity. It represents a significant era in American automotive history when manufacturers were producing powerful and stylish cars that appealed to those seeking high-performance driving experiences.
