Production numbers for the 1970 LT1 convertibles range from 500 to 1287 depending on the source. How many were produced in beautiful Mulsanne blue and donning a white top is anyone's guess, but it can't be many. The current owner has installed a new top, new tires, new brakes, new exhaust, as well as an updated electronic ignition system. (Original carb comes with the car). And for those wondering, you can easily look at the front engine identification pad of this legendary 370hp high winding powerplant and see the matching VIN number clearly in view. This is not a "Trailer Queen" or 100 point NCRS car but a very nice driver quality real deal LT1 convertible. The LT1 convertibles do not come up for sale often so move fast while there's time!
