The 1985 Ford Mustang GT was the beginning of a whole new era of performance for Ford. Toying with the idea of whether to market the Mustang as an entry level hatchback or full on sports car thank goodness they chose the latter of the two. The popularity of these Fox bodies has reached heights never thought of 4 years ago. If you are one of those people that have been looking for an unmolested low mileage all original example this 85 is the one for you. It even has a lot of the paperwork form the original sale making it a rare find. The CARFAX verifies that the mileage is actual and has been owned by only 4 people in the last 33 years. The red paint is clean and bright with the black graphics helping to break it up. The white convertible top is a great reminder that this a 1985 Mustang. The Cobra wheels are a preference of the seller, but the original wheels do come with it. Under the hood is the iconic 5.0 this being one of the first to have EFI making it a lot more reliable than the carb version. The automatic transmission makes for great sunny weather cruising especially with the top down. The interior is original and looks great with the darker red being another throw back to the mid 80’s.
