Description : Gateway Classic Cars Houston Showroom is pleased to present this ground-pounding Citron Yella 1971 Dodge Demon. This pavement wrinkler is powered by a monster Mopar 440 CID V8, which features an Edelbrock top end: 4BBL Carb, Torker 440 Aluminum Intake, and Aluminum Heads. A set of custom, large diameter primary headers funnel exhaust gases into a custom dual exhaust setup, which provides plenty of muscle car decibels. The yellow paint is in good shape, and the black interior needs little, if any, TLC. The pinned, lift-off fiberglass hood is much lighter than the original steel hood, and its giant scoop opening provides plenty of cool air to the massive mill underneath. A large Griffin aluminum radiator, with both belt-driven fan and electronically controlled electric fan provides effective cooling for the big 440. Behind the 440 is a TorqueFlite 727 3-speed automatic transmission that shifts smoothly through the gears. If you're looking for 1970's Mopar Muscle, this Demon will certainly haul your mail! Additional features and options on this '70 Demon include Aluminum Wheels, AM/FM/Cassette Radio, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, and Vinyl Interior. About Dodge
Dodge Brothers Company, founded by Horace and John Dodge in 1900, initially produced components for car manufacturers. In 1914 they stepped into car manufacturing when introducing four-cylinder Dodge Model 30 with all-steel body and 12v electric system.

By 1920 Dodge had become the second biggest car manufacturer in the USA, unfortunately the same year both of the brothers died, the company in turn to was sold to Chrysler Corporation in 1928. Dodge found a niche Chrysler Corporation lineup above low-priced Plymouth and medium-priced DeSoto, but somewhat below the top-of-the-line Chrysler
