Beautiful, Highly Correct 1974 Jaguar XKE III Convertible
New to our Benicia showroom is this beautiful 1974 Jaguar XKE III 2 Door Convertible with British Racing green exterior paint, a tan leather interior and gorgeous factory-correct wire wheels.  You’ll find a 5.3L V-12 engine under the hood with an automatic transmission, both of which the current owner states are factory correct. It is also fully loaded with power steering, power four wheel disc brakes,  cold air conditioning, a factory radio and power antenna, and so much more.
Immaculate, Like New Condition Inside & Out
The current owner of this 1974 Jaguar XKE III Roadster has enjoyed it since 2013 as the fourth lifetime owner, and he informs us that this highly correct example has remained in climate controlled storage for the better part of its life to be kept at the highest possible levels.  We do not have enough documentation to know whether the 43k miles on the odometer is the true mileage or not, but we can tell you that this exemplary roadster is one of the most immaculate, like-new examples that we have ever seen.
For instance, the engine compartment of this 1974 Jaguar XKE III Roadster is new in appearance and could possibly be 100% original throughout.  We Have the Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate. The sensational interior doesn’t even show minor creases in the factory seating, with spotless carpeting and a fully correct instrument cluster.  You’ll be just as awe-struck with the immaculate exterior body, chrome and trim work- this presents like a brand new classic vehicle that somehow shows 43k in mileage.  To the best of the current owner’s knowledge, this example has never been restored nor had any major mechanical work performed outside of general maintenance.
Additionally, this 1974 Jaguar XKE III 2 Door Convertible is an absolute pleasure to drive with silky smooth handling and excellent overall performance.  The 12-cylinder motor purrs to life and allows this classic to accelerate quickly while the fine-tuned suspension hugs the road hugs the road even in tight corners.  There likely is not another example anywhere on the level of this rare find- it borders on museum quality throughout and belongs in a prestigious collection.
One of the Most Pristine Survivors We’ve Ever Seen
Overall, this 1974 Jaguar XKE III 2 Door Convertible is easily the nicest original example we’ve ever seen and the descriptions here simply do not do it full justice.  This one must be seen in person to be truly appreciated and it would likely command a six-figure price at auction.  It may be the investment opportunity of the year if you’re prepared to act quickly.  For more information about this vehicle, visit our Benicia, California showroom, give us a call at 707-748-4000, or email us at Sales@SpecialtySales.com.  Be sure to mention Stock # B11496 as well.
