Awesome 1946 Packard Clipper 8 Deluxe Touring Sedan
New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive 1946 Packard Clipper 8 Deluxe 4 Door Touring Sedan with prestigious 'champagne' exterior paint, tan cloth interior, and amazing wood -grain treatment throughout. You’ll find a 282 cid straight-eight engine under the hood, along with a 'three-on-the-tree' manual column shift transmission. This sensational near-show quality car is jaw-dropping in appearance both inside and out, and is truly one of the most sensational examples that we’ve ever seen. You’re going to absolutely fall in love with this desirable classic once you see it in person- it’s a work of art every bit as special as a Picasso or a Rembrandt.
Older Restoration w/ Sensational Curb Appeal
The current owner informs us that this 1946 Packard Clipper 8 Deluxe Touring Sedan has been enjoyed by three different owners across its life; the first of which took possession in Las Vegas.  A large part of this classic automobile’s history is unknown because it disappeared from the public eye for decades, but we can tell you that it remained in Vegas most of its life and came to Northern California sometime in the 1990’s.  It also appears to have been restored approximately 10-15 years ago to a high standard, that’s the only real explanation for the very good body lines and outstanding interior/engine compartments.
Additionally, this 1946 Packard Clipper 8 Deluxe simply glides down the road like it was floating on air- the suspension is excellent, and there is more than enough power to cruise comfortably at highway speeds. The interior is truly regal with plush, inviting seats and world-class amenities throughout for its day. It is difficult to believe that there could be a more prestigious example anywhere in the United States at this time. There are a few minor blemishes to be found, but they don’t come even close to taking away from the overall excellence of this desirable classic.
One of the Most Breathtaking Examples Anywhere
Overall, this 1946 Packard Clipper 8 Deluxe Touring Sedan is truly one of the most spectacular classics that we’ve seen this year- and our team has been to hundreds of car shows up and down the West Coast.  It is being sacrificed at a true steal of a price so there’s simply no way that it will remain available for long- you simply do not see examples of this caliber very often.  For more information about this vehicle, visit our Pleasanton, California showroom, give us a call at 925-484-2262, or email us at Sales@SpecialtySales.com.  Be sure to mention Stock # P10437 as well.
