Porsche 911 3.2L H6 FI 1985

General description : For sale in our Orlando showroom is a 1985 Porsche 911. Out of the ashes of WW2 rose a leviathan in the high performance auto industry: PORSCHE. Ferdinand Porsche first sketched the 911 in 1959 as a replacement to the rather spartan Porsche 356. In 1963 the first prototypes were seen and by 1965 the first 911's made it to the USA. The rest, as they say, is history. With its classic Porsche styling and smooth body lines this German machine is ready to cruise on the open road. When Ferdinand Porsche set up his first shop in 1948 producing 40-horsepower rear engine sports cars he never dreamed of what was possible in automobile engineering. From the introduction of the 356 Porsche had kept a low stance, smooth-lined comfortable sports car as the staple of its brand. The styling has become so iconic that now a Porsche can be distinguished over any other car by even a novice. This 911 has been through an amazing restoration. This has a 9” front and rear ST style fenders fully molded and blended. Full respray in guards red, front Rstyle horn vent delete fully molded to the fenders, and a rear R style light cluster also is molded seamlessly into the fender. All new rubber gaskets and seals. It does have the original decklid with the whaletail removed, holes where welded and chrome grill was installed. The wheels on this are real 15” Minilite wheels handmade in England specifically for this car. With Hoosier tires (225/45/15 fronts and 275/35/15 rears) Once you open the doors your eyes will see the original dashboard that has been reupholstered in leather to match with french stitch to match the seats and steering wheel. The driver and passenger door cap is covered in the same leather. The steering wheel is Momo Prototipo with genuine Italian leather. When you sit in the ST style seats that also handmade came from Italy with German wool houndstooth inner panels. Other things with the interior is Rennline driver and passenger mat set, Rennline pedals , dead pedal and heel toe extensions, a 917 style beech shift knob, RS America style interior door panels, the sun visors have been replaced and new black aluminum threshold driver and passenger. Under the hood you will find a 3.2L H6 FI with a 5-Speed Manual with only 350 miles on it since the rebuild. A lot has been done to this too. The front and rear have Elephant Racing adjustable sway bars, offset camber plates, new trailing arm bushes, new front shocks, every piece of the suspension was removed blasted and powder coated, all new brakes with stainless steel brake lines, new lower ball joints, the engine was removed and inspected, the engine tins have been blasted and powder coated, new belts and filters.
