In 1935 the tax displacement was cencelled in Germany. Based on this Horch produced only the 5 l capacity engine for the inline eight-cylinders. The 850, 853 and 853 A were the finest the german automobile production ever built. Especially the two-seater convertible was the masterpiece of elegance. After all 681 units of the type 853 were built in several coachwork versions.Our Horch 853 is an early exemplar. This convertible was restored by one of the best german restoration companies in this line. The car was driven many times since the restoration and graduate with bravery every time. It´s always a pleasure to enjoy this rows eight cylinders in this excellent condition.
