In 1868 Thomas Humber started a company that manufactured bicycles and since 1896, it also made motorcycles. In 1898 they took over the production of Leon Bollèe's "tricars", following the French model and by 1900 they had moved on to 4-wheel cars. It was the "Humberette" with one cylinder engine (5 PS) that made the brand famous in 1903. Throughout its years of production, Humber maintained its high quality bar and excellent reputation.Our Humber 16/50 hp "Drophead Golf Coupé" is a special edition and equipped with golfbox and dickey seat. This classic car comes to us from Denmark and is fully functioning. It has not been driven much in the last couple of years so needs a little attention and service but its "vintage feeling" is irresistible.
