Supergave ’56 Pontiac uit Californië in ‘Surf Wagon’ stijl. Verkeert in nette en originele staat. Mooi maar met hier en daar eerlijke gebruikssporen. Voorzien van een 316 cu.i. Strato-Streak V-8 motor, 227 pk. Er is een Impco LPG-installatie ingebouwd en de motor loopt goed op gas en op benzine. De Hydra-Matic automaat is in USA gereviseerd enkele jaren geleden. Verder is er technisch veel vernieuwd (benzinetank, ophangingsdelen, schokbrekers, uitlaat, remsysteem o.a.) en de Pontiac rijdt prima. Voorzien van moderne radiaal banden met klassieke look.
De kleuren combinatie van “Vista Blue” lakwerk met een “Red and Ivory” interieur is origineel. In de kofferruimte is een houten bak gemaakt met opbergvakken en een koelkast op 12v (op een extra, aparte accu). Moderne radio met 4 speakers speelt je favoriete muziek via Bluetooth over je telefoon.
Deze ‘Surf Wagon’ trekt veel bekijks en onderweg krijg je alleen maar duimpjes! Fantastische uitstraling, echt jaren ’50. Goedkoop rijden op LPG, simpel te onderhouden en uiteraard lage kosten om te verzekeren. Recent onderhoudsbeurt gehad. RDW-gekeurd, op Nederlands kenteken.
